Three hour commute home and no dance class for me :-( Kinda cool watching all the smoke pour out of the tunnels at Park Street, though. It was total chaos above ground after the station was evacuated. I eventually found a T person who said that the Green Line was in fact running out of Boylston, so I hoofed it over there and took the Green Line to the Dudley bus to the 77 bus. I only got moderately drenched in the process and even got a seat on the 77. I do actually feel like I breathed a lot of smoke, which I suppose I did. How'd you do,
silas7 ?
God help this city if there's ever a real emergency--two closed subway stations in rush hour pretty much ground Boston to a halt.
