alonewiththemoonI just got a call from RCN--nearly two weeks after my "missing" payment was actually credited--to let me know that my account had been credited with the amount of my payment, and that the reason it hadn't gone through in the first place is that the account number on the check was incorrect, and was I aware of this?
I'm sure the look on my face was priceless. I managed to be reasonably polite to the human being who was just making the calls that were handed to her to make, but I'd like to take the collective heads of RCN's management and whack 'em together as hard as I can. WFT, RCN?
