Here is a totally insane popper from last night's SYTYCD. Who knows how he'll handle ballroom and so forth, but man, is that boy in control of his body! I love the choreo/music combination as well. And nice Dr. Zoidberg imitation after his audition :-)

I've said it before but I'll say it again--I'd love to see a great tribal fusion dancer in the tryouts, one with a lot of cross training. I could see someone like Asharah or Ariellah going far.

Wasn't one of the dancers compared to Cedric last night? In a "oh, and we thought Cedric was amazing, but damn!" sort of way. I don't remember if it was him or someone else.

That guy was sick! Damn...

I did see one woman who looked like she was wearing belly dancerish stuff, but they didn't show her audition. I really wish they'd do a little bit less of the "coming up next" sort of rehashing stuff, and show more of the dancing.
