Boston belly dancers, mark your calendars!

Najmat is bringing the Egyptian dancer Mohamed Shahin to Boston the second weekend in May for a workshop or two!  Assaya will probably be one of the topics, but he can do it all, folkloric to sharqi, so no matter what he offers it is bound to be amazing.  He's got some clips up on YouTube that give some idea of his range, and there's plenty more info on his website.  He trained originally with El Kawmia Troupe and has worked with Reda among others.  Najmat said she's bringing him because *she* wants a challenge--so you know that it will be a workshop not to be missed!
