What are you thinking to raise $$ - admission; raffles; ...? I could ask my mom if she could make a quilt that could be raffled off.... let me know if you think that's a good idea.

He emailed me, so we're all set--this post is probably the best place to link for all the information. I haven't set up a web page or anything for the event for various reasons. But sending out the information far and wide is good! :)
