I love my massage therapist, and mistresshellena for recommending her! All my bits and pieces work together so much better now. She said working with me is fun because I report back on exactly what muscles and internal processes were affected by our sessions, and also I was able to isolate and flex my psoas when asked. Belly dance may have put my body into its tangled mess, but belly dance is helping straighten it out too.
One of the little rubber rollers in the trackball I use at work is disintegrating, making moving the cursor around very difficult. I find this very annoying, as an entire trackball shouldn't be rendered useless because of one tiny bit of rubber, but googling around tells me that this is a common problem for this model and the part is not replaceable, because there's no way to pull out the axle that it rest upon. I'm wondering if I could delicately coat the roller in rubber cement to build it back up and get some traction again. Right now trying to click on anything is kind of like trying to hit a pinata blindfolded, getting the cursor where I want it is a matter more or less of luck. If I can find an extra mouse kicking around the office, I think I'll try the rubber cement thing before I go home tonight. The extra mouse is in case I inadvertently destroy the trackball. Or in case I advertently destroy it, if I get frustrated enough with it.
