for nick cave fans
Sep. 1st, 2004 02:36 pmHere is an interesting interview with Nick from the London Times.
It's both reassuring and saddening all at the same time. His personality really comes through in the inteview and reminds me of why I like him as an artist so much. But then those quoted lyrics... not very confidence inspiring. Open mind, open mind... Remember that sometimes a song that sounds like it's about Jesus Christ is really about Johnny Cash...
The interviewer didn't quite do his homework though--Blixa would probably be surprised to learn that he is "formerly the leader of a German “industrial” band." His German industrial bandmates would probably be surprised as well.

Today's perfume is Old Morocco. It smells pretty darn good; ergo, so do I. Like vanilla and honey and mysterious spices, which sounds like chai but doesn't smell anything like that.
