alonewiththemoonJust signed up for Katia's Ghawazee workshop--I'm super excited! That's material I've been wanting to learn for a long time, and she learned it directly from the source. Couldn't ask for better! Except of course maybe going to Egypt to study with the source myself.
Najmat's class was excellent last night and just flew by. I hadn't realized how much the ache in my leg generated from Monday night's class was really affecting my performance in Tuesday night's class. Well, it's obvious if one stops to think about it, but one doesn't. Najmat even had to remind me a couple of times *not* to go up on my toes during certain movements. Felt good!
It appears that Boston is *not* being blown to bits by IEDs left all over the place. That's rather a relief.
