My troupe mate's youngest loves to dance with us if she's awake and around when we're practicing. Mostly she just holds onto our hands and wiggles. After seeing my teacher's troupe dance at the faire, that very day she demanded (at that time, she was 2) that her parents get her a little wooden scimitar. As soon as her daddy handed it to her, she put it on her head!
I always enjoy it when the little ones dance for their own enjoyment, and not because they have been coached and trained to.

Though I do love that footage of little Ansuya doing cane on one of the BDTV dvds :)
