mission frelling accomplished

This week, I set myself two goals. Typically, I expect to do much more than I am capable of in the space of a week, given how I tend to sleep when I have time off, so I was easy on myself as practice for the new year. My two goals were to go to the Book Rack and trade in some paperbacks for some more paperbacks, and to get my dance stuff and fabric organized. Today, I did both of those things! yay me! Some of the paperbacks couldn't go to the Book Rack because Seti has been "reading" them (anybody want some decent sci fi/fantasy with a few toothmarks?), and walgreen's didn't have the big bins for my fabric so the fabric is now in a wooden crate, but it was a successful day all in all. All my hip scarves are in a bin marked hip scarves! It's crazy! As an added bonus, I cleaned out the dry good shelf in the pantry. I think some of those cans had traveled from apartment to apartment since Brighton--scary.

It's good to end the old year on a productive note :-)
