The fact that Suhaila is claiming to have invented a new form of belly dance called Folkloric Fusion rather irks this dancer who has been doing gothic raqs assaya for a while now. I'm sure I'm not the only one doing that sort of thing. She's just riding trends, a prettier Miles Copeland. Hmmph.

(for that matter, what really was American Tribal Style in the very beginning if not folkoric fusion?)
