Pogues shows are both all sold out :-( If anyone hears of available tickets, let me know. I'm very sad I didn't hear about this sooner, but I guess that's what I get for telling my email program that Teaparty Concerts emails were spam.

I try to console myself with a chai soy latte, but I think it's even somehow more depressing that since I couldn't give Clear Channel my money I gave it to Starbucks instead. I did discover that BU employees get a discount at the Starbucks inside the campus bookstore, though.

Conversations last night about work and choices and past and future have left me unsettled.

I don't know how people who buy lottery tickets can live in that constant state of daring to hope.

Sucks about the Pogues -- I actually thought of asking if you were going since I think I got into them through you and Mathew.

I think in the process of hoping they are delaying living. At least I do that when I buy lottery tickets. That and intentional ingnorance of math.
