alonewiththemoonToday would be a perfect day to put on big rubber boots and go walking in woods and marshes, just quietly watching birds and animals going about their lives and breathing air with the promise of spring.
There's a peregrine falcon that lives in the Alewife T station. I've never seen it, but today I saw a shape in the sky that I thought could have been it. I told myself it was just wishful thinking, but then a flock of pigeons exploded from where I saw that shape go, so maybe it was the falcon after all.
Last night before I practiced zar I warmed up properly and iced my neck afterwards. No pain today. Lesson learned.
I caught myself grinding my teeth on the T this morning as somebody kept hitting me with their bag. I should not let other people's other peopleness cause me to inflict damage on myself.
