alonewiththemoonI finished the last round of shovelling at 7:00. I went back out at 9pm and there was at least six inches fallen since 7. By the time I finished with our not very spacious front walk and driveway, the stairs already had another inch plus on them. Ah, the futility.
Well, it's not really futile, because in my opinion it's better to shovel smaller amounts every once in a while than to have to deal with massive amounts of snow all at once. But I'm definitely done for tonight, if only because all of my winter gear is sopping wet. As is my will power. Bath + sherry, then pizza and brownies.
Also, time does not exist during a blizzard.
