There will also be a belly dance contest for ferrets, and no, I have no idea what that entails either, but it sounds cute!

Wha? I thought the thing next Sunday was an open mic thing.

The 19th? Sort of--dancers do have to sign up in advance. It's pricey to cover the cost of the band. But it's an awesome band, and one does get some food as part of the cover.
