I saw a sudden large red flash outside my office window--they've turned the Citgo sign back on! This must be the first time it's worked since we moved offices, because surely I would have noticed the huge red and white glowy thing before!

Maybe it's being turned on earlier due to the earlier and earlier sunset. Then again, you would've remembered it last winter. It was on as recently as last Monday or other when I went to Ceremony.

If I was anywhere near a window ever, I could tell how dark it is now, but it's a long walk to one.

I'm guessing that until this week there were still too many leaves on the trees for me to see it--though it's gone out again now. Maybe it keeps breaking...

Last winter I had an office that faced the river, so I never saw the sign.
