Najmat's class was amazing this evening--it's always good, but tonight felt more like workshop intensity.  Maybe it was just because the studio was so hot (despite today being cool, I think the building still held the weekend's heat) and we were sweating buckets, maybe it was the lengthy shimmy portion of the class, or maybe it was just my mindset after working with good DVDs on the weekend, but gods and goddesses, it was good!
