it doesn't sound like a big deal, but...

I bought pointy toed moderately high heeled dress shoes yesterday.  This sounds like a small thing, but three years ago it was a distinct possibility that I would never be able to wear such shoes again.  I was almost crying in the shoe store when I tried them on and they fit comfortably.  Two big toes up for So Soft, Hush Puppies' line of dress shoes!

Just for fun/torment, I tried on a pair of leopard print four inch stilettos to remind myself of what such shoes looked like on me.  Sexy sexy sexy, even with the cargo pants and t shirt I was wearing at the time, but oh so out of the realm of reality for me.  Sigh.  Still, I'm incredibly happy with the progress I've made so far!

Wendy did a very good job with my color at Liquid yesterday.  It felt very strange being there though.  Need to talk to J.

Now yoga, shower, then off to the races!

i know what you mean, I went into a new shoe store yesterday and spent a good hour just browsing. Found these 6 - 7 inch stilletto platforms with metallic funky patterned overlay that screamed F Me!!!! tried them on, nothing hurt, pranced about a bit, had a wonderful time.

Great that your able to wear some again, makes such a difference when your not feeling limited in your choices :-)
