alonewiththemoonI am so looking forward to not getting up and going to the dentist tomorrow morning. At least today I learned that even if I am breaking fillings, I am doing a good job brushing because my teeth were pretty good for a tea- and red wine-drinker who hadn't had her teeth cleaned in a few years. Couple more cavities to get filled in September, and then I'll get fitted for a mouth guard.
Did you know that Angell Memorial accepts donations of used pacemakers? When a person upgrades, the old one can be used for a large dog or other animal. That's pretty cool. I hope none of you are ever in a position to be replacing your pacemaker, but if you are, or if you have relatives who are, it's something to keep in mind.
I really want to see the movie Punk's Not Dead at the Brattle this weekend but I already have a million things I need to do. Hopefully it will get wider distribution later, or come to DVD...
