Wanna buy a house in Lowell?

alonewiththemoonMy brother and his wife are currently trying to sell their house in Lowell so that they can move to Denver. I don't want them to move, but I'll still pass along their house listing because I am a good big sister. I think I posted about this here once already but the price has dropped some so it's worth mentioning again:

It's a nice house and they put a lot of work into it. The front of the house is practically on the street, but there is a big backyard that feels nicely secluded. My brother's band has held practices in the basement and the neighbors don't complain until after 11pm. It's right off the highway so getting in and out of Lowell is easy.
If anybody is interested or knows of someone who might be interested, I'd be happy to pass your contact info along to my sister-in-law to set up a time to look at the house, or have her answer any questions you might have.
