Neighbors who use hammers and circular saws and play WAAF right underneath your bedroom at 11am really really suck, especially when you had gone to bed at 3:30 and had really counted on a good ten or so hours of sleep...

I will never, ever hesitate to practice zills in the house from this point forward.

I can relate, my neighbors have been doing constant construction for about a year now.
