Also, I want to make a squash or sweet potato pie with marsala seasoning, I think it would be yummy.  Why am I hit with all this creative inspiration when I can't do anything about it?

what's marsala seasoning?

garam marsala--cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, tumeric and I think some other spices as well. I put it on squash all the time and think it would taste good in a sweet dish too. I hope to find out this weekend!
