Looking for a house in Lowell?

alonewiththemoonSort of a longshot, but just in case--my brother and his wife are selling their 3BR Colonial in Lowell (near the Dracut line) for a very reasonable asking price of $259,900. They've put a lot of work into the house, and it's quite nice. There's a big woodsy backyard as well. If you or anyone you know is in the market for housing up in that area, let me know and I'll forward the listing!
