you make me happy when skies are gray

So this morning I tried to feed Seti his Carnivore Care, and he just wasn't that interested, making me very sad.  But lo and behold, when I went to change his food dish, I discovered that he had eaten some kibble during the night, so I hope that his disinterest in the Carnivore Care meant that he was already full.  He was also very perky this morning, loping around the apartment and being inquisitive and trying to leave with me.  This doesn't change things in terms of the bigger picture, but at least it was a little ray of sunshine--pretty literally, since he's my yellow ferret--to start off the day.
