Just got back from my first-ever chiropractor session--how very interesting! I feel taller (the chiro said I looked taller, but then she would), things don't hurt so much, and my lower back is flatter than it's probably ever been. And I swear I can feel my spinal fluid flowing easily through my spinal cord. It was very cool; she would use this little percussive hammer thingy on different points on my spine/shoulders/hips and then have me lift various body parts, and the increase in range of motion and ease of motion was pretty dramatic. I do, as I suspected, have rotator cuff issues, and we'll talk about ways to deal with that next time, because I am going back. Happily my insurance covers it, I'll have to check on how much is covered but something is better than nothing!
shnells , she does that cranio-sacral stuff that you wrote about while in SF as well.
I wonder how dance class will feel tonight.
