(no subject)

Last night I dreamed that there were two large Clydesdales and a few other farm animals on the bus, which now conveniently had a stop at the foot of my driveway. I had to push the horses out of the way to get to my seat, but they were very nice horses. I sat down next to a guy holding a pig in his lap, and there were some sheep standing in some of the front seats. I wasn't sure why all these animals were going to Alewife, but it seemed like a neat break from routine.

I also had super secret spy saving the world kind of dreams, and dreams about going to see a concert that I was really excited about, although I don't remember who was performing. All in all, it was a pretty nifty night of dreams.

Ceremony was very fun and I'm not even that tired today. Wearing my gothic belly dance shirt gave me license to be a complete bellydancer on the floor, though I still feel a bit surreptitious about shimmying in a nightclub. Some guy asked me if I was new at the club. I replied no, old but infrequent. He then told me he hadn't been to the club for a few months and that "after dancing at regular nightclubs for a while it was hard to remember how to dance like a goth." Wierd. I thought of replying "yeah, I'm like that with bellydancing" but decided to leave well enough alone.
