We just got an Apple. I'm really hoping it will be better. That said, we're dealing with loads of time trying to figure out how to do everything... it's like starting from scratch again in some ways.
With the Dell we'd been using, we did have to jump through a lot of hoops to sort things out at one point, but they did end up making it right in the end... Do write Michael Dell directly if you need to.
