ha! I've been doing a Monday night improv class here in london and I invariably have modern dance mystery bruises on my knees.
I love my improv classes and it feels SO GOOD to do them and afterwards too, but I often wake up with a weird pain or bruise or cut or something.
I think that Monday Night Improv's theme song is Catch, expecially this line (however it actually goes):
and even though it felt soft at the time
I always used to wake up sore
heh. now I'm thinking about all the lyrics in the context of describing a contact improv class and it's cracking me up!
