Showcasing the Dance & Music of Egypt, Lebanon, Arabian Peninsula and North Africa.
With performances of Dabke, Berber, Khaligi, Andalusi, and Raqs Sharqi ("Belly dance").
To celebrate the Arab Dance Seminar (Cambridge, Oct 24-26)

Featuring Musicians:

Brain full from today's session of the Arab Dance Seminar--while I'm still sad I won't be going to Ahlan Nights in Montreal, I know that this weekend is going to be incredibly valuable and will have a profound effect on me and my dancing.

It was standing room only--I was late and didn't get a chair, but I did find a nook for myself on the floor up near the front, which really was even better than a chair after dancing all day :-)
