i'm hungry
I forgot half of my lunch today.
There are donuts in the kitchen.
Must not succumb to the obvious temptation of donuts for lunch...
'bout time last night's chef was booted off Top Chef, I didn't see that particular chef as having much to offer at all in any of the challenges. I think the male faux-hawk or Antonia will be the winner, but you never know. Dale's pretty good too. I can't stand Spike's stupid hats and want him out for that reason alone.
I made a pretty tasty mac and cheese last night with smoked gouda, mushrooms and asparagus. It went well with the cold weather.i

And, for me, Stephanie or Richard are my two choices for going all the way with Dale in the mix as well. You are the second person to mention Antonia but I'm just not seeing her stepping up (I think the sausage tailgate think really put me off to her). We'll see - its shaping up to be a very good season.

I had forgotten about Antonia's attitude and poor planning with the tailgate thing--that does count against her. I thought very highly of Stephanie from the start, but I think perhaps she is starting to crack a bit under the pressure. Her dish last night looked actively disgusting. If she can get back on track she could definitely go all the way. Richard and Dale have been pretty darn solid all the way along.
