my exciting morning
I don't mind dealing with foreign tech support, I really don't. I can handle non-American accents. But I do mind when the heavily accented tech support person mumbles!
Also I don't like it when they tell me they can't do something, but then tell me they are doing exactly that thing. It's working out the way I wanted, but still, it's confusing. --oh, update, now he's doing something else instead, which may work out better. My head is spinning.
Looking forward to my new computer, but so far the ordering process is a little cumbersome, or at least changing your order after it's been placed is.
