I see Dr. Rebecca Caplan in Coolidge Corner. I think that what she has done for me has really helped. However having been to a massage therapist twice in the past couple of months, I think there may be as much benefit to be found in massage. The massage person I go to doesn't have a website, but I can pass along her info if you're interested. She's right in my neighborhood so I don't know how convenient that would be for you. After my second visit I finally found the place where the bottoms of my shoulder blades are supposed to rest.

One factor to consider is what your insurance might cover--mine will cover chiro but not massage.
