I am profoundly annoyed with The Belly Dance Shop.  After the mix up with the assuit scarf not being available despite being on their website, the replacement scarf they sent me is not the one I requested.  It is the right color so I might have just settled for it (it's chiffon rather than metallic lame) but unfortunately it is a size small, and I am not.  The one I had requested was a medium.  I just went to their site to look up the one I had asked for, and now that category of scarf is gone entirely.  I feel pretty screwed over.  I really wanted the assuit one, and managed to convince myself that the lame one would be ok, and now I don't even get that one.  I know everybody has bad days, but their business practices are not very impressive.

I wish I knew how to make the accent mark appear over the "e" in "lame' " because I do not want a lame-no-accent scarf, a lame scarf is what they sent me!

For that reason alone I would be quite partial to your method, but sadly it doesn't seem to work in my lj editor.

On the Mac it's alt+e followed by e (or whatever vowel). áéíóú. No clue if it works on the PC the same way.

alt-u + vowel = äëïöü
alt-i + vowel = âêîôû
alt-n + letter = ñã (not all letters)
alt-` + vowel = àèìòù

In a lot of PC programs, ctrl+' followed by the vowel works, but not in my lj editor. meh.
