for those with food sensitivities

Last week for a couple of days I felt all strange and puffy and almost sick in an asthma kind of way, and the inside of my mouth became all raw.  Then I got better, and didn't think about it.  Until now, when I pulled that one leftover Harpoon raspberry UFO hefeweizen out of the fridge, and the back of my throat started itching and swelling...  I don't usually have trouble with raspberries in moderate amounts (I've made my own raspberry beer in the past), but I note that this is made with "natural raspberry flavor" which could mean anything really--that could describe anything that occurs naturally and tastes like a raspberry, not necessarily flavor that comes from natural raspberries.  Oh Harpoon, you have let me down.  Ah well, it was too heavily flavored anyway.

That's why I stay away from flavored beers, aside from hating the taste -- too apt to have wine or grapejuice as a fortifier.

I wonder if the raspberry was spiked with citrus something? :(

it seems like alot of beers or even wine cooler type things aren't labeled well for ingredients :/
