I have a gazillion things to write about but no time at the moment. Highlights of the week have been writhing like a maenad, prancing like an elf, and discovering that my foot is now healed enough for me to be able to do a Turkish fold again (bellydance-ese for whilst sitting with your feet under you, bending back so that your shoulders touch the floor. this is impossible with a torn arch). Lowlights have included being pretty sick. But that's been outweighed by all the highlights, and the fact that I'm not working this week. Yay!

Sitting with your feet under you like a reverse lotus, or sitting with your feet under you like on your knees?

like on your knees, but with your feet just to the sides of your hips so that you aren't actually quite sitting on your feet. Basically you're just folded in half at the knees.

I think I would dislocate a kneecap or something leaning back from a reverse lotus :)

Okay. That's what I figured. I'm glad I didn't just try and do it both ways to figre it out. I don't want to dislocate anything.
