happy muscles

mistresshellena recommended her to me, and I can definitely see why. To use the cliche, she did find aches I didn't know existed, and I'm excited about learning more about my use patterns. I think it's a good complement to the chiro visits--one takes care of the muscles, one takes care of the bones. The top of my left psoas is twisted, which actually explains a lot, and we'll be digging into that next visit. I wish I could afford it more often. When she finished I felt like my feet went straight into the ground, though it's hard to explain exactly what that felt like.
