had lots of fun at a wine tasting party last night, good conversations, some good--and one or two standout--wines, but the event that made the most lasting impression of the night on me was the look on

silentq's face when four of us who had grown up in New England launched in unison into the "I can walk like a penguin" singsong while walking like penguins. I don't even remember what brought that on, but her look was priceless. Yes, your friends have suddenly gone collectively insane :-)

It's funny; I have a couple of hours before I need to leave for yoga class, but still in wondering what to do with my afternoon the first thing that popped into my head was "I should do some yoga." Patience, patience. What I should do is work on the Christmas cards that *must* be put in the mail tomorrow morning. Yes indeed I should.
