I wonder if Donna Noble's grandfather might not be a hidden Time Lord--he is a fixed point in time after all, and he seems to be unerringly able to find the Doctor when he wants him.  Plus Donna's head didn't immediately explode when her memories started coming back in part I, so if she were a quarter Time Lord, that might explain that.  Just random speculation...

kami is conviinced the ood are the timelords. i think donna is definately special in some way. also she's my favourite companion of all. i couldn't stand rose and martha made me want to disembowel myself.

M is partial to the Oods as Time Lords theory too. I'm perhaps more inclined to think that the Ood are being hastened along in their development for use by the Time Lords in their return.

Martha was my favorite ;-) Though I would have liked to have seen those Companion Jack years...
