The pain is wierd, it seems to travel to different parts of my shoulder/triceps/forearm. It like a sqeezing kind of pain. I thought it was from lifting, but lifting doesn't really make me hurt (based on the past few times I went). I thought I was sleeping on it wrong, but it only happened recently, and I've had my bed over a year. It could be related to how I'm typing on the computer at home, so I'm going to aim for better posture this week and see if that helps.
