There's a lot of moving around the room, unfortunately. I've been doing some reading about knees and dancing on hard floors and it sounds like my only option is some kind of padded footwear :-/

I would go to the SYTYCD show, but that's the day I'm doing to Suffolk Downs for the MassCap :)
