I am being lazy and dancing to old favorites, some cane music, Taht il Shubbak and that 7/8 drum solo.

Arm gauntlets--elastic is all I can think of. Unfortunately, if they are tight enough to stay up, they are also tight enough to cause a little arm bulge. Or I guess there's always double-sided tape, though I don't know that I'd trust it to stick through sweat :-/ Oh, or if they are overall too loose just take the entire gauntlets in a little bit.
