I just danced to music that has caught my ear from various sources, just for fun, not because I had to have it ready for anything. And it felt very, very good! If that doesn't prove to me that I am right in backing off on performing for the coming year, I don't know what would.

(though I am a little sad, wishing that every day had time for three hours of drilling, dancing and yoga :-/ )
