I don't often post about politics here, and as a person to whom religion is a matter of academic study I don't have any beliefs about an afterlife of any sort, but despite all that, I say:

I hope there is a special place in hell for a man like Abramoff. It's not the crime itself; that's just regular corruption and embezzlement. It's who he did it to, his Native American clients. For shame.
